LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR EITHEROR SOFTWARE IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY:
This license agreement is a legal agreement between you and EITHEROR for use of EITHEROR software.
YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENCE BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE SOFTWARE; YOU MAY RETURN IT TO YOUR PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND, IF YOUR LICENCE HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED.

1. Fee Structure
These fees apply to network implementation, bespoke software development and support.
Rate Category
£175 per day Off site
£35 per hour Onsite
These fees may be charged on top of software licence agreements were required.

2. Rights and ownership of software.
The software is licensed not sold. Software licence costs are documented on the company web site.

3. Limitation of liability
In no event will EitherOr or any of its suppliers be liable for any costs for lost profits, loss of data or any other damage arising in any way out of the use or inability to use EitherOr products or services.

4. Additional services
EitherOr reserves the right to discontinue providing upgrades and modifications.

5. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is void, invalid or illegal the other provisions shall continue to apply.
